Tables
Tables hold the lists a team keeps together: a CRM, a budget, an inventory, a
content calendar. Each column has a type, and the same rows show as a grid, a
board, a calendar or a chart.
Make a table
Open More → Tables in the sidebar, then New table. It starts with a
Name column and a grid.
In OneCamp with AI you can describe the table instead, such as "a CRM to
track sales leads", and press Generate: it builds the columns and a few
example rows.
Columns
Press + at the end of the columns to add one, and pick its type:
- Text, Number, Date, Checkbox, URL and Email
- Select and Multi-select, with options you name
- Person
- Relation: links to tasks, docs, boards, projects or people in OneCamp
- Formula: worked out from the row's other fields, such as
{Price} * {Quantity}(see Formula fields)
Press a column's name to rename it, change its type, edit its options or
delete it.
Views
- Grid: rows and columns; click a cell to change it.
- Board: a card for each row, in columns by a Select field. Drag a card to
another column to change it. - Calendar: rows on the days of a date field.
- Chart: a count, sum, average, smallest or largest by a field, as bars, a
line, an area or a pie.
Sort and filter
Above the grid, board and calendar:
- Sort by up to three fields, each in the order that fits it: A → Z, 1 → 9,
oldest first, or the other way. Empty cells go last. - Filter to the rows you want, such as Cost > 500, Stage is Live, Due
before a date, or Paid not ticked. With two or more filters, choose whether
a row must match all of them or any.
"Showing 3 of 12 rows" tells you when filters hide some, and Clear removes
every sort and filter. They're yours: kept in your browser for that table,
they don't change what anyone else sees.
Share a table
- Workspace or Private sets who in your workspace sees it. Everyone
who sees a workspace table can change its rows; only its owner and admins
change its columns. - Share makes a read-only link for people outside your workspace.
- In a doc, type /table to show a live view of a table there.
- Publish saves its columns and views as a template your workspace can
start from.
Available on every plan, the free one included. Sort and filter, and formula
fields, are in OneCamp v2.68.0 (with AI) and v1.53.0 (without AI).
