Booking pages and finding a time
A booking page is a link anyone can use to book time with you, without an
account and without the back-and-forth. Find a time does the same for your
teammates: it suggests the first slots everyone is free.
Both only ever compare busy times. Nobody sees the titles of your events.
Make a booking page
In Calendar, press Booking pages, then New booking page. Set:
- Title and Link: the page lives at
/book/<link>on your workspace. - Length: how long each meeting is.
- Gap between meetings: time kept free before and after anything already on
your calendar. - Minimum notice: how soon someone may book, for example not within 4 hours.
- Bookable ahead: how far into the future people may book.
- Available: the days and hours you take meetings, in your time zone.
Copy the link from the list and share it.
What a visitor sees
The page shows the days and times you are free, in the visitor's own time zone
(they can change it). They pick a time, give their name and email, and press
Book. The meeting goes straight onto your OneCamp calendar, and onto your
Google Calendar too if you've connected it.
The visitor gets a calendar file, a Google Calendar link and a link to cancel.
Where your workspace sends notification email, they're also emailed a
confirmation. You're emailed when someone books or cancels.
Find a time with teammates
In New event, add your guests, then press Find a time. OneCamp suggests
the first slots this week, 9 to 5 your time, when you and every guest are free.
Pick one to fill in the start and end.
Good to know
- Your free time comes from every OneCamp event you're in, plus your Google
Calendar when connected. Events marked as free in Google don't block time. - Two people can't book overlapping times: the second sees "That time was just
taken". - Turn Taking bookings off to pause a page without deleting it. Deleting a
page leaves meetings already booked on your calendar. - Each person can have up to 10 booking pages.
Available from OneCamp v2.44.0 (with AI) and v1.29.0 (without AI).
