Repeating tasks and saved views
Make a task repeat
Open a task and use the Repeat row. Choose how often (every so many days,
weeks, months or years) and how:
- On a schedule: the next due date follows the calendar, for example every
Monday or the 1st of each month. Pick the weekdays for weekly repeats. - After it's done: the next one is due a while after you finish this one,
for example two weeks after the last cleanup.
When the task is marked done, OneCamp creates the next one with the same name,
description, assignee, priority and label, and moves its dates on. That happens
however the task was completed: by you, a teammate, an agent, a workflow or
GitHub.
A task finished late doesn't create one that's already overdue: the next date is
the first one still ahead. Monthly tasks on the 31st land on the last day of
shorter months. Subtasks can't repeat; make the parent repeat instead.
To stop, open the task's Repeat row and press Stop repeating.
Save a view of a task list
Set the filters, sort and columns you want on a project's task list or on
My Tasks, then press Views, type a name and press Save. Choose the
view later to bring all of it back in one click. On a phone, views are in the
Views tab of the filter drawer.
Views are yours alone and kept per list. Saving with an existing name updates
that view. Each list holds up to 30.
