Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and for how long.
Effective 1 October 2026. This policy covers onemana.dev, the OneCamp demo, the account page and OneCamp Cloud. It is run by OneMana Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, Bengaluru, India ("we"). Questions or requests: support@onemana.dev.
The short version
- No advertising or third-party analytics, and no tracking cookies.
- We count visits with our own counter, which never stores your IP address.
- If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, nothing is stored on your device to count you.
- We do not sell personal data.
- Self-hosted OneCamp never sends us anything on its own.
Visiting this website
For each page you open we record the page, the site that linked you here, your country (worked out from your connection, the address itself is not kept) and whether you use a phone, tablet or computer.
To tell one visit from the next, your browser keeps a random identifier in its local storage (not a cookie). It is issued by our server and is never linked to your name or email.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, no identifier is stored on your device. Instead our server counts you for one day using a code that cannot be traced back to you and changes every day.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we record nothing at all. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.
The live demo
If you open the demo from this site, the demo reports which of its screens you reached, under the same random identifier, so we can see where it loses people. It never reports what you typed or which documents you opened. The demo is a shared workspace that is reset every night: please do not put personal information in it.
Free licence, updates and announcements
When you claim a free licence we keep your email address and, if you give it, your name or team. We use them to send your licence key, and one follow-up a few days later if you have not installed yet. If you ask to hear about OneCamp, we keep your email address and where you signed up. Product announcements carry an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them for good.
Buying OneCamp
We keep your name, email, billing address, country and state, and GSTIN if you give one, because Indian tax law requires them on invoices. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, currently about six years.
Your account page
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the page to work and is used for nothing else. For security we record the time, IP address and browser of each sign-in, and delete them when the session ends or expires.
OneCamp Cloud
If we host a workspace for you, its content belongs to you and we process it only to run the service. It is stored on servers rented from OVHcloud, and we do not read it, except when you ask for help or to keep the service running and secure.
Self-hosted OneCamp
A OneCamp server you run yourself does not contact us on its own. It checks for updates only when an administrator clicks "Check for updates", and that request carries nothing about your workspace.
Who else handles your data
- Razorpay processes payments.
- Resend delivers our emails, and those of Cloud workspaces.
- Vercel hosts this website, and the web app of Cloud workspaces.
- Cloudflare protects and routes traffic to our servers.
- OVHcloud provides our servers, and the servers for Cloud workspaces.
Each receives only what it needs for that job.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to support@onemana.dev and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep invoices that tax law requires.
This applies under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR if you are in the EEA or the UK. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If the change affects how we use data you have already given us, we email you first.
