Estimates
- A task's panel has an Estimate row: 2h, 1h 30m, 1.5h, or a bare number of hours, up to 1000 hours. The Time row reads "1h 15m logged of 12h", red past the estimate. Project admins set it; the change goes into the task's history. New:
POST /task/updateTaskEstimate{task_uuid, task_estimate_minutes}.
Workload in hours
- Projects → Workload counts Tasks or Hours. In hours, each task's estimate is spread over the working days it runs, against each person's hours a week (40 unless set). Weeks whose tasks have no estimate show a dash, and the line above the grid says how many tasks aren't counted.
POST /project/workload/capacitytakeshours_per_weekas well astasks_per_week.
Time off
- An event can be marked Away, beside Focus time (never both). It's whole days, drawn muted on the calendar, and the workload takes those working days out of that week's capacity, in both tasks and hours. A day off counts once in every time zone. The workload sends dates only, never titles.
Import from monday.com
- Admin → Import → monday.com with a personal API token: workspaces become teams, boards projects, items tasks (status, people, timeline and date columns, priority, tags), subitems subtasks, updates comments, files attachments. Status labels map to OneCamp statuses and can be remapped before running. Migration 187.
Fixes
- ClickUp subtasks and Linear sub-issues were dropped from imports; they come across now, nested ones under their top-level task, with their comments and files. A subtask whose parent never arrives is logged instead of vanishing.
