Describe a project, and the AI drafts its plan
- In New project, Describe it turns a sentence ("launch our app in six weeks, with a beta for 50 users first") into a plan: tasks in order, each saying what done looks like, with priorities, dates fitted to the timeframe you wrote, and a review column only when the work needs one. It appears in the picker to read before anything is made, and Create makes it like any template.
- The draft runs on the server and the app asks for it until it's there, so a small local model (a minute or two on a CPU) works behind any proxy. New:
POST /ai/project-template/draftstarts one,GET /ai/project-template/draft/{id}reads it.
Templates
- Every built-in template task now says what done looks like.
?open=createProject&template=<id>opens New project on a template from any page, keeping the address's other parameters;?new=<id>on the projects page is its short form.- The home screen's quick actions offer Project from a template.
createProjectalso accepts a wholetemplatein its body, checked like a template file (up to 200 tasks, descriptions adding up to 2 MB).
Fixes
- Admins on a computer didn't see the disk warning, and on a phone it showed twice. Both layouts now show the admin banners once.
- Saving a project that was made from a template as a new template reversed its subtasks and its same-day tasks.
- A cancelled subtask's date could shift a saved template's whole plan later.
- In time zones whose clocks skip midnight (Santiago, Havana, the Azores), dates from a template could land a day early.
- A deleted template kept its stored plan; it now frees the space.
- Self-hosting:
make housekeepingstill reports the disk when old backups can't be trimmed, and the disk lines are set in one place (DISK_WARN_PCT,DISK_FAIL_PCT), shared withmake storage-report.
