Group a board by assignee and hide people with no tasks
Boards
- Group a board by assignee. View → Group by → Assignee shows a column per person (plus No assignee). Drag a card to another person to hand it over; "Add task" at the foot of a person's column assigns the new task to them. Each card shows its status. The choice is remembered per project.
- Hide people with no tasks (View menu, when grouped by assignee).
- Show more done tasks. Done and Cancelled still open with their newest 200; a "Show 200 more" button under them loads the next 200, up to 2,000 on the board.
Under the hood
- The audit waits for the server to confirm a guest's post before looking for it.
Fixes
- The project time report named only tasks among the newest 200 done; time logged on older finished tasks showed without its task's name. It sees every task again.
- A project's summary line counted only the done tasks the board had loaded ("200 done"); it uses the real total.
- A client's project link shows the same newest 200 finished tasks as the board.
