Boards for big projects
- Columns load as you scroll. A column renders its first 30 cards and adds more as you scroll it, so a board with hundreds of tasks opens and drags as fast as a small one. The count still shows every task.
- Done and Cancelled load their newest 200, with the real total in the header and a note that the list view has the rest. Those columns only grow; a project with years of finished work used to send all of it to every board.
- Add a task in a column. "Add task" at the foot of each column: type a name, press Enter, and it lands in that column; the box stays open for the next one.
- Fold a column to a slim strip (handy for a long Done). The board remembers what you folded.
- Board on phones. The project page has a Board tab; swipe between columns, one per screen.
Tables
- When a side panel leaves less room, task tables hide their least useful columns (created date, start date, then assignee, project, priority) instead of scrolling sideways. A column you've shown or hidden yourself stays as you set it.
