Focus time and link cards

- Focus time. Mark a calendar event as focus time and your notifications pause while it runs, on every device. Move the event and the pause moves; delete it and the pause ends. Notify anyway still reaches you. Focus blocks are drawn hatched on the calendar. (guide)
- Link cards. Paste a link to a task, doc or project into a message and a live card shows under it: status, assignee, due date and project for a task. Each person sees it as themselves, so someone who can't open the item sees only the link. (guide)
- New event on the phone calendar. Phones had no way to add an event.
Under the hood
- A test refuses any Dgraph query that asks for the same field twice in one block (Dgraph rejects the whole query).
Fixes
- Deleting a doc deletes it. The delete answered success without changing anything. An update that names no doc now fails instead.
- Deleted docs no longer appear in the docs lists or their search.
- On a phone, a task's due date stays on its row, and activity badges no longer cover people's initials.

- The task panel's labels stay on one line ("Start date", "Due date"), and its rows line up.
- Status and priority chips and project names no longer break onto two lines in a narrow table, and the toolbar stays aligned when it wraps.
- The side panel's content slides in when it opens (not when you've asked for reduced motion).
- A test keeps permission checks off 401.
- A refused action now says so. Dozens of permission checks answered as if your session had expired, so the app quietly refreshed it and showed nothing: changing a channel's agents without being a moderator, editing a team you don't run, opening another doc's attachment. They now answer "You don't have permission to do that" (or the server's own reason), and bad input says what to fix, such as the rule for team names.
- Asking for a list without saying which page no longer answers "Noi Authorised"; it says what it needs.
- Checking whether a channel or team name is free works for names with spaces and other scripts.
- Intake forms and booking pages share one spam trap.
